Supporting Strong Emotions

  • Hudson High School 1501 Vine St. Hudson, WI 54016 (map)

Join this engaging 2-hour, science-backed class designed to help parents and caregivers support their young child’s developing mind. Together, we’ll explore how the brain processes strong emotions, how to recognize and teach different feelings, and how to guide children ages 1–6 toward healthy self-regulation.

You’ll leave with practical strategies you can use right away—plus your own make-and-take calming tool: a rice-filled neck wrap infused with essential oils, perfect for soothing your child’s (and your own!) regulation needs.

Ideal for parents and caregivers looking to strengthen emotional skills, confidence, and connection with their little ones.
