  • Luck School District 810 7th Street South Luck, WI 54853 United States (map)

This 2-hour, research-based workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 1–8 years. This class blends neuroscience, child development, and practical strategies to help families and caregivers confidently navigate big feelings with calm, connection, and intention. We begin with a self-reflection of our view of emotion, learn about how the brain processes emotion, and then to regulation tools and techniques that support all ages. Pre-sewed neck wraps for participants to fill, tie, and add essential oil to support their journey to regulation are provided. Must register 2 weeks before class.
